At Serge Lutens, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your fragrance and beauty purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the items in their original presentation box and protective outer shipping carton, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
